Project Overview
The Grateful Podcast is a top 2.5% global podcast hosted by Jack Wagoner, an entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, and creator of the Duality of Gratitude and Ambition framework. Each week, Jack sits down with bestselling authors, founders, psychologists, and world-class performers to explore one central question: how do you pursue everything you want without losing yourself in the process? Despite the caliber of the show, its social presence wasn't telling the full story.
Our Approach
We focused on capturing the world behind the microphone. Rather than simply repurposing episode clips, we documented the personality, intentionality, and craftsmanship Jack brings to every recording. From pre-show preparation to production details rarely seen by listeners, the content was designed to deepen connection and show audiences the human behind the conversations.

Our priorities included:
Behind the Scenes Content – Showcasing the care, work, and production quality that goes into each episode, giving followers a dimension of the show they'd never seen before.
Multi-Dimensional Storytelling – Moving beyond the episode itself to tell the broader story of the podcast, Jack's philosophy, and the relationships built along the way.
Strategic Consultation – Offering guidance on content direction, post design, and platform strategy to ensure every piece of content worked harder and felt cohesive across Instagram and LinkedIn.
Key Challenges & Solutions
The Show Was Bigger Than Its Presence – A top 2.5% global podcast deserved a social footprint to match. We closed that gap by creating content that reflected the true scale, quality, and intention behind the brand.
Audio Doesn't Translate Itself – Podcast content rarely speaks for itself on social media. We built a visual and storytelling approach that brought non-listeners into Jack's world and gave existing fans a reason to stay engaged between episodes.
